NOTE
- Foreigners entering Korea are required to have a Visa or K-ETA (from visa-free countries). However, some countries are temporarily exempted from K-ETA, so please refer to the information.
- If K-ETA application is not possible, you must obtain a visa to enter the country. Details vary by country, so please contact the embassy or immigration office to get an accurate answer.

Entering Korea have different entry conditions depending on international agreements or relationships between countries.
Before purchasing a plane ticket to Korea, please make sure to visit the Korean visa portal site and search for the conditions that apply to you.
Invitation Letter
The secretariat will send official invitation letters upon request.
If you need an individual invitation, please contact the secretariat (information@scems2025.com).
★ For Participants of Chinese Nationality
Participants of Chinese nationality are required to submit the official invitation letter form provided by the Embassy (attached), in addition to the invitation letter issued by SCEMS 2025. If you send us the above Invitation Letter Request Form, we will complete the attached official invitation form and return it to you.
